Booking

All airport transfer and tour bookings must be made in advance through our website or by phone. Same-day bookings are accepted based on driver and vehicle availability.

Traveling

You may cancel or modify your booking by contacting us via phone or email. To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before pick-up for airport rides and 12 hours before for tour bookings. Contact: +94 11 725 5338, Email: info@lankataxis.com .

Payment

Payment can be made online or directly to the driver. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.

Meet and Greet Service

Meet-and-greet service is available for an additional charge of LKR 2,500. Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals area holding a signboard with your name.

Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, we provide 45 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands. Thereafter, an additional fee of LKR 500 per 15 minutes will apply.

Flight Monitoring

All incoming flights are monitored to ensure timely pick-ups. In case of delays, please inform your driver or our support team so that schedules can be adjusted accordingly.

Tour Delays & Schedule Changes

For tours, customers are requested to notify us promptly regarding delays or last-minute changes. Adjustments are subject to guide and vehicle availability.

Luggage

Each passenger is allowed up to two standard luggage items. Extra-large or special items (surfboards, musical instruments, sports equipment, etc.) may incur additional charges.

Vehicles

All vehicles used for airport transfers and tours are fully licensed, insured, and maintained according to Sri Lankan transport and safety standards.

Driver Conduct

Our drivers are trained to ensure passenger comfort and safety. Drivers reserve the right to decline service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.

Complaints

For any concerns or complaints, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during travel unless proven to be caused by our negligence.

Variation

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
